Safety is the most crucial ingredient of product quality and we want to communicate with you about how we at BC USA are managing this critical responsibility. We have always done that for years regardless of whatever the latest new requirements maybe and we don’t need to change products because we always met and exceeded the international regulations.

Our products adhere to Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.

Our Japanese erasers are 100% made in Japan, the non-PVC materials used contain no lead and no phthalates, we do not paint our erasers.

In addition to the basic standards, they passed much stricter Japanese standards, including passed tests on these subjects: Heavy metal (lead) test, hot melt color powder, hardness, 300% elasticity test, power of elasticity, expansibility, tear endurance, rebound power, specific gravity.

The following measures are taken in the production of our Japanese erasers:

1- Recyclable material, first rule of being environmentally friendly.

2- Recyclable or recycled packaging materials used.

3- Soy-based environmentally friendly ink used whenever possible.

4- Our Japanese erasers are made from New advanced Non PVC eraser material which make less pollution when burned, uses less energy in production with lower operating condition not exceeding 120 degree. New advanced Non PVC eraser material, TPE-Eraser Pellet (Thermoplastic Elastomer), the compounds pellet of non-pvc erasers. TPE are an excellent replacement for rubber. They are easily processed by injection molding or extrusion. The development cycle for molded components is similar to plastics and the performance of the finished part is like a natural rubber. However, unlike rubber, TPE can be recycle. Conforms to ASTM D 4236 & EN 71 STANDARD.

5- Most lead come from PAINT, we do not paint erasers to add different color, our colorful lead-free products are realized by color powder. Color powders are kneaded into material and melted by heat. We make many parts separately by colors, together they form puzzle erasers.

6- Our Japanese erasers are individually packaged in protective bags, made in clean environment with clean equipments, original materials and local Japanese workers in pristine countryside.

7- Our erasers marked 87.7% in erase test. Every corner of the eraser can be used as real eraser, effective to the last bit, the beauty is more than skin deep.

8- There is no compromise for safety, no substitute for quality and no shortcut taken. 100% made in Japan, from original designs, all materials, parts, production and logistics.

9- Japanese puzzle erasers contain small parts, not for sale to children under 8 years of age.
